Symptoms


After an upgrade to 4.6.11 the following happened:

When executing a smart object from the smart object service tester that gets information from SAP, it works correctly and returns data.

When opening a form that uses the same smart object it does not work. Error message is 'Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon) Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)'

Resolution

We resolved this by recaching the K2 SSO credentials in workspace.
