Symptoms
After changing from development licence key to non-production or production liscence, no option to start as a service appears in services
Diagnoses
As the installer was initially run with a dev licence, it never created the service.
Resolution
After running through the installers in "configure" mode, and updating the key appropriately, the service was created.
