Add permissions to document set after creating and sending a mail

Hi everyone,

i have a library with Standard Content Type = Document Set and a person/group field "interviewers".

After creating a document set i want a workflow to run that adds the "interviewers" to the document set as Contributer.

The person who creates the document set has owner rights.

But when the workflow runs (successfully) nothing happened.

The set items permission looks like this:

I don't want to set the permission on every item. Only on the document set.

Hi,

i've seen that multiple people or groups does not work without creating a dynamic XML. I'm down to single people fields. That "solution" is working.
