Symptoms
Executes the AD User SmO, results does not return the users within the nested group
Diagnoses
ResolvedNestedGroups settings was set to False for the AD Service 2 Instance
Resolution
1. Navigate to the AD Service 2 Service instance from the SmO Service Tester > Right Click > Select Service Instance.
2. Configure ResolvedNestedGroups settings to True
