Symptoms
The client tried to deploy the K2 AD HOC Task Management Accelerator Package to their UAT and DEV Environment. We have got the following error message:
"The package failed to deploy. Index was outside the bounds of the array". Please find attached for further information.
Diagnoses
We started by validating all the environmental settings as it seemed there was some issue with connecting with the workflow server when deploying the package. We found that there were some issues with the DNS as we were unable to open the K2 pages designer and runtime. We rectified the DNS issue as well as the Environmental settings. We found the same issue still occurred. We then proceeded to reconfigure the K2 installation.
Resolution
We were able to resolve the issue in the dev environment with reconfiguring the K2 Environmental setting as well as reconfiguring the K2 installation. After the reconfiguration we were able to deploy the package with no error.
