I am building a report that provides a log of who has worked on a process and what the current status is of that activity.  I noticed in building the report that the start time of the activity destination instance would also be one second greater for the row with the role being the destination vs the individual acting in the role once they actioned the activity.  Is this normal?  I would think that the times should either be the same or the reverse of what I'm seeing.
