Pals,
I created the Activity Escalations and it is working fine first time. After that i made the changes(Email Reminder forgot to add Subject line and later i added it) to Activty escalations and those changes are not pickedup. I got the mail with out subject line. Is there any way i can make sure those chages are picked up as soon as i deply?
And also is there any way i can say repeat the esclations unlimited times instead of N number of times(Max was 99)
