Whenever you are in K2 Management and you need to access your K2 artifacts, you can do this inside K2 Management very easily.

First, access K2 Management by selecting Appit from Site Contents and going to Settings and selecting K2 Management.

From here, select SharePoint 2013 and expand the node.  You should see your site collection where you can access your lists, libraries, and subsites to view your workflows, views, and forms.
