How do I get right to use K2 Management Site and to deploy packages
Diagnoses
You would need Server Admin rights to access the Management site and Export rights to be able to use Package and deployment

Resolution
The issue was resolved by using the service account to grant the relevant account rights for the ability to access the management site and deploy packages
