Access Nintex Mobile App using Corporate Account

I have Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflow 2016 installed with SharePoint 2016. I downloaded Nintex App to my android and tried to setup the authentication to the system.

I get the error message: Could not find Nintex Forms at indicated URL. Please check that Nintex Forms is correctly installed.

 

What would be the issue here?

    So the basic question is, have you designed and published a Nintex Form?

    Also, have you successfully authenticated to your SharePoint server via the app?

     

    I know it seems obvious, but its checking to see if there are any forms available there.
