Issue was resolved after creating SPNs for 2003 processes
SETSPN –A k2server2003/SERVERNAME domainusername
SETSPN –A k2server2003/SERVERNAME.FQN domainusername

Also after Disabling Kernel mode Authentication and enabling Impersonation in webconfig
