My understanding is that DocGen for Salesforce currently does not support secured .pdf template files nor does it have the functionality to secure them during the document package run. My users spend too much time securing .pdfs after forms are generated. Seems like this would be a good feature to have.  Can anyone from ‌ comment on future roadmap or roadblocks to making this available?  Thanks Doc

I am having issues with using Drawloop Next fields for email delivery. What are the parameters I can use to have a dynamic "To" address for each email delivery?

Hi Folks,I am hoping that someone could shed some light on this for me.We tried to get DocGen turned on at out company and the security group would not allow it as data (document content) is supposedly pushed up to Nintex and then sent back to us. Apparently my org was not too keen on our and our customer's data moving around to a 3rd party like that. Can someone clear up what is happening with this? ‌, do you know anything about this? I attended your DocGen session in San Diego but was not aware of out companies position on this at the time.

When creating a document from a Person Account, how do I attach a contact that is specified at the creation page? From regular accounts this is possible but from a person account page the option disappears

I want to generate documents in Salesforce using Force.com Sites. Is it possible to use Drawloop to achieve this requirement?

I'm looking to set the "Description" field on the attachment record when attaching a document to the Salesforce record it is run off of.My use case is a pdf that I am attaching to an Opportunity. I'd like to have the description of the attachment set to "Proposal" so that I can use a filter to differentiate it form other attachments on the opportunity.

How do you send an email without attachments?  This post had a similar questian, but there wasn't a clear answer.  Provided doc link doesn't work.

I have set up an existing template which works great when I have 2 recipients in docusign and 2 in drawloop. In docusign before sending out the docusment, users are allowed to add recipients when sending out document. Does drawloop have that functionality for users to be able to add recipients on certain documents to certain clients? When added a 'User selected name and email' I run into this error:The number of recipients in the delivery option doesn't match the number of recipients in the DocuSign server template. Add or remove recipients from the delivery option or the DocuSign server template.

We are attempt to append the unique attachment ID to an estimate template however the field tagger field is only yielding the letters "ID". Is there a way to make this work? 

How can we implement multi-level grouping on the basis non Relational fields( like text, picklist, number) in salesforce.I want data to create further 3 group in a grouped data and all these to grouping has to be done on the basis text Field.eg : +- Group A    ------------ Group 1    ------------ Group 2    ------------ Group 3+- Group B    ------------ Group 1    ------------ Group 2    ------------ Group 3

I'm new to Drawloop. Just created my first test document. Everything works as expected, but when I select "Bob Smith" from XYZ Account for my letter, the generated document ends up addressed "Julie Johnson" at XYZ Account.  Right account, different contact than the one I specifically select.  Please advise.

Our Opportunities in Salesforce sometimes have negative line item amounts. I would like to be able to exclude these from the drawloop merge. Is this possible? If so, how would I do it? I'd want to bring in any line item that had a positive number but leave out any item that is negative. Right now the Template is set up with only one line item and the start tag to replicate the line items and bring in all of them. So I am not sure if there is a way to leave some of them out.   

We're trying to use drawloop with an smtp relay in which no password is required.  However, when we choose smtp in delivery options, a password is required.  Leaving it blank doesn't work.  Is there a way to set up a delivery method that uses smtp relay with just an email address?

I am creating Quote templates using Excel and Drawloop with Salesforce. On the template, I need to replicate Quote Line Items, and there is no limit to how many line items there can be. When there are many line items, the bottom of the document end up outside of the print area and gets cut off. How can I make the print range of an excel file dynamically increase in size depending on the number of rows using row replication?

I originally created a custom list button with the wizard, but now I need to edit it and I'm not a programmer. The button ultimately sends an email to Accounting_Contact1__c. I am building my first DDL.  The main object is Account.  I need to display Contact information (email, phone, etc.) for a contact lookup on the account.  It's not clear to me how to drill up to get additional information.I'm new.  What's the obvious solution?Thanks so much!Yaakov

Hi everyone, I currently have a DDP set up, which essentially pulls a Salesforce Opportunity report into Excel. The report has been configured and associated with the document package. Depending on who is running the DDP, the preferred dates for the report may fluctuate. Prior to generating the DDP, is it possible to allow a user to enter in a specific date range, or essentially filter the Opportunities displayed in the generated report? Thanks!John

I apologize if this is the sort of question which a novice might ask but I'm not ashamed to admit it; I'll cop to being a Nintex Drawloop novice. I have an asynchronous Apex function which executes a callout from within SalesForce to the Nintex Drawloop web services.  If something is amiss (ex: the parameters are malformed), how to receive this diagnostic information?

We're looking to have a single button on a custom Salesforce object that will run the specific document package we want instead of having to select the doc from a list. Is this possible? I tried the button wizard and I've tried looking through the documentation, but can't seem to figure this out. 

Hello, We have property records that have a BPOs/MMR (value) Object attached to them. There can be multiple values entered for a property or there could be none. The problem I’m running into is that the field that I need to populate into my form from the BPO Object (Market Value) only has one available tag. Even if I have more than one value, the form will only populate the very first value entered. So basically it will duplicate the first value ($393,346) rather than populate multiple different values. How can this be fixed?

Hello Group I have a requirement but didnot find any documentataion for it. here is the requriement, I have parent object 'A' and have two child objects 'B' and 'C'. For child Object B and C we have 4 record types each and each record type have each DDP configured. Say for example B has record type B1,B2,B3,B4 and B1 has DDP 'B1DDP' and B2 has DDP 'B2DDP' and so on... Parent Object might have multiple child records in object 'B' and 'C'. Currently i am manually going to each child record clicking on the button generating the output. But now i want to create a button on Parent Object 'A' and on button click all the DDP's in child objects 'B' and 'C' should run. Is this possible ?? Thanks in AdvanceRegards

I'm using the Setup Wizard in Salesforce to get started with Drawloop. I've tried a few times now and continue to see an error at the final step: Basic Buttons. The error message is "There was a problem modifying layouts. Does anyone know how to get around this? I'm trying to add the Basic Buttons to a standard object (Opportunity).

I have 2 fields with the same api name on an object, one coming from installed package and another one is custom. I tried referencing the field that was coming from the package, but the custom field is getting referenced as drawloop ignores namespace. I cannot change the api name of that custom field as it is being used/referenced in various places. What to do in this case? This is my custom field This is the field coming from the installed package
