We are trying to migrate a huge application into Production that has been tested in 2 different environments using AD Groups.  When we are migrating to our Production Environment we are getting the error of 64007","IdentityServiceError","IdentityService.ProviderCacheIdentity:RoleProvider.GetUser","Our Tasks are being sent to AD Groups with multiple names in them.  We are not using roles as this would require 500+ with the amount of different approval steps. This is working in 2 other environments BUT our Production. Any Suggestions?    Needing something to look into fast since this is going live tomorrow.

Hi there,Hoping anyone can shed light on why this error always come up when trying to create a report when merging a salesforce report to the template on DocGen.This error is what I always get instead of the output I dream off!! :( No matter how many items I follow the steps this is the end result whenever this method is tried. The salesforce report is saved on a public folderAn error has occurred downloading a report. Check that all reports exist, are not obsolete, and can be exported. Hi K2 Community, (K2 5.2)Can anyone please let me know how to send an email reminder for a dynamic users list which will be filter out based on other parameters. I can send the email for unfiltered resultset using JOIN operator and All items as a collection  but not for filtered result set. Attached picture.ex: I want to send an email reminder to a deparment heads whose list coming from a smart object where it consists of user FQN varies depends on region.  thanks in advance.Arjun.

I know this is simple but for some reason, I can't seem to find it again. How do you add or reference a System within a process? I see some within my process that has been done automatically, just wondering how I can add my own.

Has anyone else noticed problems with their Nintex Forms for Office 365 after the recent errors in SPO that Microsoft acknowledged? We were scheduled to “go live” on 2 new apps that I built in Nintex Forms for Office 365 in the new responsive designer.  Everything was working, but then last week our users reported some error messages on SharePoint Online.  Microsoft also issued an alert about errors in SharePoint Online and they say they are working to fix it. I tested one of the new apps and I discovered that after I create a new item in Nintex Forms and save & close, then when I go back in to Edit the form it displays a page with a blank window and my only option is the Close button.  It could be related to the other Microsoft problems and could be resolved when Microsoft resolves their issues, but I don’t know for sure.

Hi everyone, All seemed to be working for a long time , untill it this issue started to affect my workflow. For a strange reason (no error, received) tasks for approvers/users dont get created. Just logs in history that WF started, but produces no tasks. Any clues?Any ideas? Anyoned faced it already? Thanks everyone for your time.  

Looking for an idea to validate a column based on values picked within.  Right now i have it working so that if the 1st option is picked, a user cannot pick another option.  However, if option 1 is not picked, users can pick any variety of the remaning options.  my set up repeats this for each of the options =contains([control],"option 1")&&contains([control],"option 2").  This will repeat 20 or so times to capture each option that may be picked with the 1st, and invalidate the conrol if this is done by the user. Ideally, i would like to not hardcode the possible options and only state if option 1 is picked, nothing else can be picked with it but still keep this all in one control. I can provide more information that would be helpful to explain the set up.  Thank you in advance for the tips!

I have an application that when a form is submitted it generates a random 8 digit password. The password will be created form three fields in the form which are joined in to a single string. Them using the random number experession to generate 8 numbers that corresepond to a characters position in the string. The bit I am struggling with is the expression to get the nth number in the string. Can anybody advise on how to get the nth charchter in the string or even if there is a better way to do it . Thanks  

Hey everyone, I got an issue when i want to choose list to update list item in K2 Studio.I have a workflow built in 2010 blackpearl, moved into 2016 blackpearl environment and i cannot connect to my SP2016 list. Searching around found that "Sharepoint Item Url" is applicable to 2007/2010 versions. Moving on i would like to pick "Update List" from Sharepoint 2013 - List Events in order to update a field in my sp list. When SmartWizard pops up , i choose use list and the dropdown is empty. Anyone faced it before? Any suggestions? I am pretty new to Sharepoint 2016 Blackpearl.

I am using O365 and I'm trying to get the Send an Email action working with an unknown amount of documents.Basically we want to attach everything that is in our Request Files area for this item.  This could be anywhere from two pdfs to ten and there is no standard naming conventions. I was hoping to either zip them together and use that as the defined attachment or find a way in Send an Email to have it take a list to attach instead of a specific file. Has anyone tried this before?

Hi, In the list below, I am trying to update the % Complete column on the 'top item' to say 100% (which works fine) but I would like it to then go through all the list items with the same 'Master Process ID" and update the % Complete field on all of them at the same time. I've been playing around with the 'SO method of updating unchanged items, but think I am barking up the wrong tree as it is asking for a single ID? Any suggestions for the best way to achieve this?  Thanks :-)

I am trying to find out how to make an edit control on a list view for one column be persitant for all rows.  For example I have some SmartBox SmartObjects that store a list of the required and not required systems for a certain Employee (for example database structure see attachments). Each of the systems need to be setup by different people so they are grouped into different tasks. I have a list view that gets a list of the systems based on what task a user comes in from. In the editable list view is a field "Is this completed?" and when you click edit for a row a dropdown is displayed for the user to select if the system was setup or not. (see attachments for example Views) It seems very clunky to have to click edit for each of the rows then click the drop down. So it would be easier to just display the drop-down automatically for all rows shown and not just a single item. How would I go about getting the Drop-Down to display for all rows in the list view? Or would it be easier to r

Hi, I already have logic to check if a User is on a Mobile Device (using an advanced condition against User Agent). This may sound far fetched, but is it possible to also check if the User is Offline? To clarify, the scenario for this would be if the user is using the K2 Workspace App and is in Offline Mode (or has no connectivity). PowerApps has this property exposed, just wondering if K2 does!  Thanks :) 

I am new to K2, and I have been tasked with create a new option set field that is to be placed on the input form.  I am not sure on how to create this field.  Do I need to create the field in the database table first?  What steps do I need to do to complete this?  Thank you in advance. 

How do you create a link to a shared network file using the Rich Text Control? I have tried for over 2 hours and I can not get it to work. I've tried going into the HTML and manually typing in<a href="file/////S:folderfolderfolderfile"<a href="S:folderfolderfolderfile"<a href="https:s:folderfoldefolderfile"The system keeps either wiping out the code or changing it.Using the Rich Text to send custom instructions to Task Approvers to specific documents in the file share.  I can't hard code the label because it could change for numerous records.

hi, I'm using the Export to Excel method on a view. When it exports my list to excel, the dates are different from what is stored in my database. Querying direct from my database shows Belgium time (UTC +1).  I checked my server's timezone and it is on Romance Standard Time (UTC +1) thanks

I have a workflow that I made changes to in designer, but I want to revert all those changes how do I do that? I want the workflow in designer to replicate that of what the default workflow has without having to back and remove all my changes manually.
