Hi there,

Hoping anyone can shed light on why this error always come up when trying to create a report when merging a salesforce report to the template on DocGen.

This error is what I always get instead of the output I dream off!! 😞 No matter how many items I follow the steps this is the end result whenever this method is tried. The salesforce report is saved on a public folder

An error has occurred downloading a report. Check that all reports exist, are not obsolete, and can be exported. (ResourceInvalid)

Please guide me on why this might be happening?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Safiya,

You could try the troubleshooting steps listed here(https://help.nintex.com/en-us/docgen/docservices/Default.htm#cshid=9085). If you are still having an issue I would contact the support team(support@nintex.com) and they will be able to help you further.

Hi @leighburke ,

Thanks for the reply. However I had checked all that was in that article, and the issue I was facing was not related to any of the mentioned in there.

The support later provided with this solution to

add the parameter &cloudforce=true into the button you are using to run the package

Regards,

Safiya
