Hi K2 Community,

 

(K2 5.2)

Can anyone please let me know how to send an email reminder for a dynamic users list which will be filter out based on other parameters. I can send the email for unfiltered resultset using JOIN operator and All items as a collection  but not for filtered result set. Attached picture.

ex: I want to send an email reminder to a deparment heads whose list coming from a smart object where it consists of user FQN varies depends on region.

I just got it, seems there is no Specific To address need to specify, whatever the task participant list exists, system automatically sends the notification to that list. No special logic needed for reminders.
