Can't update online forms and workflows, with a valid license. The button is greyed out that will update the Nintex online forms and workflows. How do I correct this?

Hello, We have a sub-site (SharePoint online) that contains the Nintex Form and Workflow app. The app tiles indicate that there is an update to be installed. When I open the tile the button to install the update is greyed out. I've tried recovering the license and did receive that a license is provided for everyone in our Tenet. I've also looked online to find updates but no go. Can anyone point me in the right direction for this error? Thank you, Dottie

What is the priority for rules / expression settings on 365 forms?

Is the priority of rules / expression settings different for different controls?I sometimes feel lost as to whether I should use the Expression setting for a control or add a fresh rule.Is there any kind of guide or set of recommendations as to which is best for what control?It would be a great help, and save me from much head-scratching when I see rules not working as planned or expected.It would be great to know which is best to use for different controls.

How many workflow instances can run at a time?

Simple as the questions states, hopefully someone can point me to some system documentation. Looking at workflow health there is only ever a max of 100 workflow instances running or completed reported, this is on a list of 500 items and I stated the workflow on every list item. So I take it only a max of 100 can be running at a time, is this a Nintex restriction or SharePoint workflow service?  for the 500 items it took about 6 hours to complete on all items. It is a rather large SM workflow, but wow this this must have a steam engine powering it along  Message was edited by: Warwick Ward - Changed to Workflow Instances rather than just workflows

Nintex Form created list item with multiple attachments. Need to move this list data to another secure list, but attachments are not coming along. What am I missing..? O365.

I have researched everything I can to figure this out. I have a Nintex form collecting claim data in our SharePoint O365 environment. Once this data is collected, a Nintex workflow is copying some of the data, including all attachments,  to another claims list on a secure sub-site (same primary site). All of the information is coming over correctly, but the attachments are not. This is from one list to another and anywhere from 1 to 8 attachments will be included in each claim. At one point I was able to get 1 of several attachments to come over, now I can't get any to move/copy over to the new list. "Copy Document" function doesn't work since I am not dealing with libraries here.I must be missing something, this can't be this difficult. Any ideas please?

Looping workflow hits "outbound http request quota for a 1.00:00:00 period" problem

Hello! I have a lengthy For-Each based workflow that loops over web based InfoPath forms in a library, and calculates how old they are, so that email reminders can be sent as appropriate. This is to remind people they have forms that they have created, but have not yet finalised. The action of the workflow is to send a reminder X days after the form has been created, every Y days thereafter, and then finally delete it after Z days. X, Y and Z are parameters that I look up, as they are different for each form template. I have attached a screenshot (sorry for size..!) Logically, I think I now have a workflow that is correct, but I hit the following error which suspends the workflow: Details: The instance has exceeded the outbound http request quota for a 1.00:00:00 time period. The 5000 request limit was reached in 08:13:55.3271487. In a particular library I have over 400 forms that need to be processed every day. Provisioning new tasks list AND assigning workflows to them

Hello all,I've got a Projects list where each project has an associated task list.Every time a project is created, a Nintex list workflow runs and provisions a new task list to be associated with that project. A task list also has a column that details assignees to complete that task.I need a separate workflow, tied to each task list, that will email assignees whenever they've been assigned to a task.Normally, this wouldn't be a problem as it's as simple as creating a list workflow to handle the email notifications. The problem is that our tasks lists are being generated dynamically via another workflow, and we want to automate reusing task notification workflows. At first I thought I could just associate a notification workflow with the content type of 'Task,' and that normally is done by creating a reusable workflow snippet/template (as detailed in the correct answer of this post) but learned that it wasn't possible in Nintex Workflows for Office 365 in this post. Has anyone encounte

The field xx is not supported in query. The lookup list is in another web.

Hi, We had a Nintex form & workflow working but now we are getting this error. We moved the form to a subsite but the field has not changed.This is lookup field.Any idea? Thanks in advance Regards,

Office 365 Create Site - Custom Site Template

Using the Office 365 Create Site action in Nintex workflows, one of the parameters that needs to be setup is the Site Template. This workflow works with the Team Site Template just fine, but when I select Custom Template and try to point to one of the templates in my Solutions Gallery, I get an error that it does not exist. I have tried variations on the name with and without the file extension, the friendly name that shows up in Create new site and even trying some variations with the GUID for the Template, but all get the same error. Any ideas how to implement a Custom Site Template? Anyone else had any success using this? Full Error: The requested site template 'DeptProjectSite4.wsp' for the selected language (LCID) '1033' does not exist. Thanks for any advice!

Can't Add Managed Metadata to a Form - Insufficient Permissions

I am trying to add managed metadata column directly from the form. I keep getting a "Current User Has Insufficient Permissions to perform this operation." message. I am both a Site Collection Administrator and a group manager for the MMD termstore on the Site Collection I am working from. Please advise.

Calculated value to validate multiple check boxes(All check boxes checked, Status = Complete)?

I have a panel in a Nintex form that has multiple check boxes for tasks, like this:[ ]Task 1[ ]Task 2[ ]Task 3 I want to have a calculate value field("Status") above this panel that validates whether all check boxes have been checked.  If all are checked, Status = "Complete".  If any are unchecked, Status = "In Progress".  I've done similar things in InfoPath, by setting the value to each check box to 1, then adding them together.  If sum = 3, Status = "Complete", if < 3, Status = "In Progress", but is there a better way to do this in Nintex Forms?  Perhaps if Task 1, Task 2, and Task 3 are all true, Status= "Complete", else Status = "In Progress"?  I'll end up having 12 different panels/sections with 6 tasks each that need to all roll up to the Status field, so I'm trying to make this as simple as possible. I'm brand new to Nintex Forms, so any help would be greatly appreciated.  Also, I'm using the O365 version of Nintex Forms, if that makes a difference.

Default Values Using Javascript

Hi Everyone, I have a form that has 2 choice controls that are being used as 'tabs'.I need each choice control to default to 'Job Details' every time the form is opened. It seems I need more than just setting their default values and have tried the below code: NWF$(document).ready(function(){var tab = NWF$("#"+mainTabButton);tab.val('Job Details');}); My goal is to have 'mainTabButton' (Client ID for JavaScript) and my 'AuthTab' (Client ID for JavaScript) to default to the value of 'Job Details' everytime the form is opened.Pointers: - Both 'tab' controls are choice controls on the form- Both 'tab' controls are not connected to a list item (they are used for tab purposes only)- Both 'tab' controls have JS Client ID names saved in their advanced options I no longer get any debugging error messages with the code above, however it does not work. No errors, and no sign of anything happening. Hope someone can help me Regards, Andrew

Is it possible to restrict edit and delete item but allow the user to manually start a workflow?

I have a leave request workflow which initiates when a user creates an item and then I have another workflow which can be manually started which deletes the leave item. In order to allow the users to manually start a workflow they need edit permission. However some users forget there is a delete workflow and try to edit or delete the item manually without the workflow (which notifies HR and deletes it from the leave calendar). Is it possible to restrict edit and delete item permissions but allow the user to manually start a workflow? Or is there a way around this?
