I´m create a form in new layout named "smart phone", and publishing this form, but I don´t see form in my phone, how to active or connect?

I said opening my form in nintex mobile app in Android cell phone, I could connect this app with my SharePoint site, but when I tried open the form, this app showed a error: "String was not recognized as a valid datatime".
What it this??
