Nintex for Office 365

I was told when I inherited the Nintex workflows and forms that I cannot "Save As" and can only save over the same workflow and form?  Is this true? I would like to be able to save a copy so when I make drastic changes I can go back to the version that worked...

Hi, I have a query that pulls in contents of a look-up column in a library. The library has 3 items.  This query is working as intended since I tested it via debug procedure (Nintex Workflow history) However, when I do a for-loop using following configuration, the 'New variable 4' is outputting blanks for 3 rows. I know the count is correct but why is this outputting blanks instead of the actual column-contents? Any help is much appreciated!

Hi all, this might be an internal issue on my side but I wanted to ask it just in case.I have seen the new Document Generation option and was trying it out but when it comes to the tagging part I get a message that my admin has blocked add-ins from the Office store. I am confused as the previous version worked fine and we currently have document tagging into a word document in Production use. Any help is very much appreciated. Regards,Paul

Hi, I am stuck in the below question. I have a user who will upload a document to a library. I want an email to go out only on the following month's 1st day. Eg: If user uploads file on Aug 25th, then email will go out on Sept 1st. How can I attempt to do  this? The workflow has to be triggered via the user upload only. (the file name changes and user who uploads it changes as well so I cannot use user name/file name as criteria) I can make the workflow wait until certain date but I cannot assign 'custom date/time' to this action. Any help is appreciated!

I have a Workflow that is using an Approval Task. For the form, I edited using "Edit Task Form" and added some branding. The problem is, even if UNASSIGNED users try to access the form, they can respond to the Task Form. For example, the Task has been assigned to UserA, UserB can open the task and do "Approve" response. I checked permissions and they are only using "Contribute" permissions to the Workflow Tasks list. I believe the correct behavior would be that Unassigned users cannot response to the Task Form. Is this a bug? Or is there a way to fix this?

Is it possible to create a rule on a Nintex Form to only display a section if the user is a member of a particular SharePoint group? I know how to do it for individual names based on Current User, but would like to do it via group membership.

I'm trying figure out how to get the site title via Nintex Workflow for Office 365 and store the title in a workflow variable.

I  have two list . i. OrderList ii.CustomerList . I am trying to update the CustomerList , CAddress field with the current item  field "Address" from OrderList, but when the workflow gets fired, it updates the CAddress field with  html tag and actual value. 

In the On-Prem world, with InfoPath forms and standard workflow (SP2010) we designed forms which had their permissions changed soon after creation - so that only certain approving managers could see or access them. Now, we are moving to 365, using Ninex 365 Forms and Workflows on Lists. We have in place solid governance rules in place for our migrations to SharePoint Online, and these cover permissions, and this includes the solutions we build there. I would like, for my solutions, to have the ease-of-design afforded by item-level permissions, as I have on-prem, with permissions changed by workflow (once anyway). But there is push-back against this, on grounds of governance and support. So - what are the pitfalls for item-level permissions?What are others doing here? Are you controlling this tightly, or is 'the wild west'? I would be grateful for any feedback on this.

Hi, I am grabbing a date from a field (see below for field setting). The date is showed in screen as '23/08/2017' but when I see it in workflow, is showing unnecessary time. How can I remove the time aspect? Workflow history: How can I remove the time aspect of the date being used in workflow? In workflow, I set variable as 'CurrentDate' and set it as text. But it is still grabbing this time (which I did not set!) How can I remove the time?Thank you!

Stage 1 is parallel review by multiple team members and stage 2 is final approval by manager.In review task process where multiple users review documents and provide appropriate outcome. ( Approved / Rejected / Not reviewed )Is there a way to summarize all the outcomes in an email for manager to quickly glance all the stage 1 outcomes?I have managed to log all the outcomes in history but in email it only captures 1st outcome.I think I am missing something here. Please advise.Regards,Nehal

I'm and working on a few workflows for O365 that send out email notifications and I'm running into an issue. We currently flag all external emails and place a "This is an external email" heading about them. This allows users to know the email came from an external source so they will verify the email isn't phishing. However, since SharePoint Online is considered an external source, it gets tag as well. We don't want to exclude SharePoint or Nintex entirely because they come from generic "No-reply" emails and you cannot set the "From" field like you can On-Premise. Is there a way to add a custom header to the email (i.e. X-Custom-Header: abc123)? This would allow us to exclude that header from the external email rule. Also, if anyone has other suggestions those are welcomed as well. Thanks in advance!

We are having an issue with a workflow action that creates an item in a different list using "Office 365 Create List Item".It works fine with other list and content type, but this one hangs, asking to fill in the value "Title(Title)" which is already set in the action.Why it seems fails ?- because of the "two" name for Title in Task Content type.The Content Type in use is inherited from the default OOB: "Task"In the list column the Title column shows as Title but in the Content Type it changes its display name to read "Task Name" (default OOB behaviour)Which means that when the workflow runs, it tries to set a value to [Title] form value ‍{Current Item:Title}‍ and returnsValue for required field 'Title(Text)' must be specified; I also tried to set the "Task Name" but it also tells me Title(Text) must be specified. Help  !how to set a Task item in target task list ? thank you in advance.François.
