Nintex for Office 365

SharePoint 2013 has default approval workflow where we can enter the details of the users and the approval process starts through that all users.I was looking same feature in Nintex office 365 too, but I was not able to find that in Nintex.So How can I achieve that in Nintex. I am completely new to Nintex

Hopefully a simple question, is there a way to edit or change a reference (like a workflow variable lookup, or a list item lookup) - the red text - after you have added it to the screen? Or do you have to recreate it from scratch each time?

Hi, I want to know if it is possible to hide workflows from specific user groups? That is, how can I prevent a user from group xyz, click on file and then 'workflows' and run some workflows from there? Also, how can I prevent this user from clicking 'Nintex workflows' and then editing the workflows? Thanks in advance!

Hi Community,Nintex comes up with Export and Import facility. I used it at learner level and it worked for me. But I want to know that in which case or scenario Exporting the workflow from one site and importing to another site will fail.Is there any documented resource regarding Export/Import limitations?If yes then please share so that I can come up with the conclusion regarding the scenario when Export/Import will not work for me.

Is there a way to export a nintex form from sharepoint 2010 to office 365? I have been trying the export and import functions but it doesnt like the XML output from forms 2010

I notice that there is a lot of questions in regards to flexi tasks on here.  When I am trying to start a new workflow using Nintex Workflow for Office 365, I go to new list workflow which opens the designer page.  The only option for assign task is assign task, there is no assign flexi task comes up.  Is there another version of Nintex that this is part of or am I missing something? Neil

Hi All,  I have a requirement where users need to fill a form and selects a period such as 1st Half FY2017, 2nd Half FY2017 and I have defined period column as choice field as shown:  The requirement is that users can should not the same period for e.g. if a user has already filled in 1st Half FY2017 in the current list and some other user fills in the same period i.e. 1st Half FY2017, the form show should show user that this period “1st Half FY2017” already exists in the list. How could I achieve this?I have come across a question about the same https://community.nintex.com/thread/1584  Check if item is unique before adding list item / Delete duplicate items but its using Nintex workflow to check item exists using Query list.ddd What Query List configuration is required to do this? Hello,We are using Lazy Approvals in some of our tasks in a new workflow we are building. We have noticed odd behavior with the Lazy Approval emails. When the task is assigned to certain users, they are only seeing the email portion without the actionable part. The same task assigned to another user will have the actionable task, so I don't believe it is a problem with how the task is setup. My thought is that there is something wrong with the users account or Outlook itself. Has anyone seen this before or know why it wouldn't be working? Thanks,Nick

Using IE 11 (v 11.0.33 or 11.0.28) browser - View form - click on Print to PDF - download seems to error (404) so the PDF doesn't output.   Chrome and Edge are both worked as expected.  It seems to be limitation with IE 11.  Can someone confirm?

Hi, trialling Nintex Workflow and have across an issue in a workflow where I need to lookup a code associated with a  SharePoint list Location field.  I have the following lookup list :  I have a workflow variable "V_Centre" set to "Cardonald" and I want the workflow to search the "Nin_lookup" list and return the code "C1". I am using the Query List workflow module:  Workflow runs ok but I get the following return value : [{"Info":"C1"}] instead of just C1 Anyone help ? Regards,Alan

Hi,Is it possible to run (site) workflow which can cover all libraries (existing and new)? What we are trying to do is, get an email if user uploads a file to current months' library or future months' library (which aren't created yet) So we are trying to house the workflow at site level and trying to initiate it from there on. Kindly let me know possible ways of doing this (or if this is impossible). Thanks!

When I click the Nintex Workflow button on top of a SharePoint Online list with only one small Nintex test workflow with only four actions, the status message remains 'Connecting to workflow' for an awfull long time. Pressing [F5] or [Ctr] + [F5]  and/or [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] or closing and reopening my Firefox internet browser didn't resolve anything. Any help?

I have a two part question relating to List A & B: 1) I created a workflow that will create a new task item in List B when a new item is created in List B - mapping a description (multiple lines of text) to a name (single line of text). In the test environment, it creates the item perfectly with the description matching the name. I am trying out the Document Generation action in Nintex for O365. The Tagger function is supposed to insert wf variables into the word template document. I have a template document setup but the 'Nintex Document Tagger' does not appear when I click on the 'tag' button in the Document Generation action.Nintex site says to install the tagger as an Word Add in but only has instructions for Word 2013 & Word 2016. Has anyone tried this with Word 2010 & found a solution? Thanks
