Subtotal cell under row replication is being cut off

I have an invoice document with row replication for products (quantity, price, etc). Although I've added an extra row between the replication row and the subtotal row the subtotal row keeps getting cut off (see below). How can I make sure that subtotal won't be cut off? I've also attached a copy of the file I am using.

Is there any way to fill records in a comma separated sequence instead of row?

Generate separate document per child record

I have 3 layers of object relationships -- Opportunities, Rooms and Passengers.  Rooms are directly associated to an Opportunity (1-to-many) and there are many passengers in each room. For each Room in an Opportunity, I need to generate the same templated document but a separate output file per room (not running list in one file).  Is this possible, and if so, how do I setup the DDP to make this happen?  Do I need mass merge or is this possible in the Business edition?

migration tool

Where can I find information about moving my DrawLOOP DDPs and associated docs from a sandbox into testing/production orgs?  My google search 'moving DDP to production' turns up some old info about a migration tool.  But that doesn't provide anything helpful.  Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks

Entering field tag into cell range in Excel 2016

Per the instructions in your documentation for Conditional text in Microsoft PowerPoint, I am trying to enter the field tag into the cell range, but I am receiving the following error: "You must enter a valid reference you want to go to, or type a valid name for the selection."  Am I doing something wrong?  Please see attached screenshots.  I am using Excel 2016.

Custom docusign DDP tags

Hey there, I have Docusign DDP tags in my contracts which provide the customers the designated spot/s for them to sign in.I'd like to add additional fields to my DDP templates where the customer should be able to either modify the existing data or have the option add it if was blank.I don't know how to get additional tags on my recipient records (Are there more options that can be added to the "Sign Options" picklist?), and any tags that I add in now are required. So for example if I have a field on the contract for the customers phone number:Basic question: Do I have access to an optional field tag, which I can put in an IF statement to generate the Docusign tag if there is not phone number on file?Ideal functionality: Is there a way to tag the document so that that the data currently stored for that field will be displayed to the customer but they have the option to edit it? Thanks!

Finding which package a file is used in Drawloop

Is there a report I can run, or another way, to identify which document packages a file is used in? I reuse the same file in many different packages, and I want to be sure when editing a file that I will not unknowingly break functionality in another package.

SOQL query with Lead Owner

I am building a SOQL query that pulls Lead information from many records, to populate a Word document template. I am trying to filter the data by Owner. I can't seem to figure out how to name the owner field so that it is recognized both by DocGen and by SalesForce. I've tried Owner.Name and many other things, and they either aren't recognized by DocGen, cause a metadata error, or simply don't return any results when I run the report.  Any ideas? IF condition to display a Table in Word document

Hi Team,In word document which we have prepared I want to use IF condition in such a way that if the condition is True then it displays a table and if not then it shouldn't get displayed. What i did was created an IF statement from Insert>Quick Parts>Field i.e. IF Expression1 <> "" "Success" "Failure". After this I edited this IF condition to the image inserted below. So what does the above snippet suggest that if the Tagger field is not "" then it should display the table else it shouldn't. But when I am trying to do in such way i am getting failure. So can the team help me in suggesting that how can i display a table in if condition as per the image snippet attached above.

Drawloop automation & parameters

I notice one can create a workflow to auto-magically generate documents via a Workflow which invokes the Nintex webservices.  This process requires one or more Drawloop_Next# fields because each step is mutually disconnected, and so these fields are used to pass the various parameters such as attachments or delivery method.I notice when using the client-side Javascript button, all the parameters necessary for Nintex to generate the desired document are sent right up to Nintex just fine w/o any need for Drawloop_Next# fields; the user just clicks the button and checks the attachments (if any) and the delivery method. Could not an Apex Trigger invoke an Apex class (decorated with @Future of course) to automate the process similar to a Workflow, but possibly w/o the need to create one or more Drawloop_Next# fields since the Apex class could implement the rules regarding which attachments or which delivery method? In essence, could not an Apex trigger invoke the same end-point as the clien

create pdf template

How do you add fields to a PDF Template?  It says its like the Excel format in the Field Tagger.  But what or where do you name the field in the PDF.   If for word it is example: a Case #, api is Case_CaseNumber so for word its <<Case_CaseNumber>> For a PDF it suggests excel so no arrows just Case_CaseNumber .   So that didn't create a merge.  So where do I name the field in the PDF? Thanks, Gary

Changing logos depending on account

I'm looking for a solution that would automatically include an account specific logo on a DDP template in Salesforce. In this instance the templates are word documents. Any ideas?  The purpose of this is that I'm trying to avoid a situation where I need to create separate word templates for each account/logo - document control becomes an issue. All help would be much appreciated!

Strange Error when trying to generate document

I've been using the Document generation action for a while and have been able to successfully generate documents. Business has been testing a solution which relies on this document to generate documents, I had a case yesterday where a user ran the workflow was able to generate one document with success but unfortunately the workflow failed to generate the second document and threw this error stating : "Internal error occurred. Additional information: ''. I have searched and been unable to find a solution to this error. Has anyone come across this before, please help to resolve this.

Automatically generate document on record creation?

We have DocGen for Salesforce installed in our Sandbox so far, but we have licences purchased for Production too. Since our initial use case we have discovered a number of others. One of these would theoretically involve a Docgen process to run at the point that a record is created (e.g. Invoices records are created in a custom object in SFDC with the data being fed through from our ERP nightly. We would like to be able to create and store a PDF copy. As the record is created we would somehow like to invoke a process that would allow the document to be created automatically without the need to manually generate it. Is this possible? If so where / how would I educate myself on how to do this? Many thanks Stephen

I need to restrict ability to generate documents based on field on Opportunity

I have a request from a client to do the following: If the "Freeze Opportunity" (custom field) field on the Opportunity is checked, noone of a particular profile should be allowed to execute the Create Docs button from the Opportunity page. It should instead generate a error message "Cannot generate docs yaddayadda". They are a lightning only customer, so I cannot create a JS action tied to the button. Is there any functionality in nintex to control executing the document creation button outside of just making the button layout dependent?

Get Drawloop to render 4 decimal places on a field in Word Template.

Using a Word template with Drawloop, and displaying a field (from a Salesforce object) that has 4 decimal places. Only 2 of the 4 decimal places are being rendered.  How do I need to treat the field to render all 4 decimal places?

I have 2 fields on two different objects that are text fields but contain numbers. These fields are the only fields that will not map over to my Word document (nothing shows up). Any ideas?

Hi, For Document Generation for Salesforce you can select different delivery methods. I am wondering if somebody can tell me if there is a solution to send the document on creation direct to a printer? Thanks for tips etc,

automating the email To and Subject

We intend to automate the generation of emails.  No buttons for users to click.  Once the data meets the correct criteria, the email is to be sent.  Using Outbound Messages and workflow.  To do this, I need to auto-populate the To and Subject fields of the email. How can I do this?  Is this included in the formula field used in the Outbound Message?

Output filename on DDP record

Our existing Output Filename fields for DDPs are tagged in the following naming convention:DocuSign - <<Contact_LastName>>, <<Contact_FirstName>> Employment Agreement <<Today__v>> This has worked for years. Today I noticed the filename that's actually being generated is adding the name of the selected attachment file to the end of the naming convention. How do we fix this to stop adding the attached file name? example:  DocuSign - Monroe, Marilyn Employment Agreement 04-24-2018 - Monroe, Marilyn.pdf

Who else needs their .pdf secured?

My understanding is that DocGen for Salesforce currently does not support secured .pdf template files nor does it have the functionality to secure them during the document package run. My users spend too much time securing .pdfs after forms are generated. Seems like this would be a good feature to have.  Can anyone from ‌ comment on future roadmap or roadblocks to making this available?  Thanks Doc
