Subtotal cell under row replication is being cut off

I have an invoice document with row replication for products (quantity, price, etc). Although I've added an extra row between the replication row and the subtotal row the subtotal row keeps getting cut off (see below). How can I make sure that subtotal won't be cut off? I've also attached a copy of the file I am using.

Role and profile error on custom button?

We've creating a custom button on the Opportunity to run a defaulted DDP given specific criteria. We've combined this criteria into a formula field, Certificate_Agreement__c, that is intended to set the Filter on the DDP. Our button URL looks like this: /apex/loop__looplus?eid={!Opportunity.Id}&accountId={!Opportunity.AccountId}&sessionId={!$Api.Session_ID}=true&filter={!Opportunity.Certificate_Agreement__c} We've ensured that the Filter is set on our DDP. When we attempt to test our button on the Opportunity object with said filter, an error message returns that reads "There are no DDPs for you to run for this object based on your profile or role." Has anyone encountered this error or have awareness of what we might be missing?

migration tool

Where can I find information about moving my DrawLOOP DDPs and associated docs from a sandbox into testing/production orgs?  My google search 'moving DDP to production' turns up some old info about a migration tool.  But that doesn't provide anything helpful.  Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks

Is there no more general guide / documentation?

Although the old documentation was out of date, it was still useful.  Is there any sort of documentation now on doing a new setup and customization of drawloop? An example of the documentation is this url: Nintex Drawloop Learning Center  that now redirects to a generic support page.

DocuSign Delivery Method - DocuSign password?

When I set DocuSign as a delivery option in the Drawloop DDP, the user has to enter their password every time that they use that delivery method. Is there a way to configure this so that the user doesn't have to enter their DocuSign password?

Custom docusign DDP tags

Hey there, I have Docusign DDP tags in my contracts which provide the customers the designated spot/s for them to sign in.I'd like to add additional fields to my DDP templates where the customer should be able to either modify the existing data or have the option add it if was blank.I don't know how to get additional tags on my recipient records (Are there more options that can be added to the "Sign Options" picklist?), and any tags that I add in now are required. So for example if I have a field on the contract for the customers phone number:Basic question: Do I have access to an optional field tag, which I can put in an IF statement to generate the Docusign tag if there is not phone number on file?Ideal functionality: Is there a way to tag the document so that that the data currently stored for that field will be displayed to the customer but they have the option to edit it? Thanks!

Reporting via a Custom Object (Land) from an Opportunity with a "many-to-many" relationship (Opportunity/Land Association Junction Object)

We have created a report pulling data from an Opportunity (Master), Contact and Land (Custom Object with a many-to-many relationship to Opportunities). The schema is as shown below. The "Related by" between Opportunity and Account is "Lookup from what you have", and likewise between Account & Contact. Our report requires data from one of the Land Object Records. The Land Name could be entered against the Opportunity at the time of running.  Has any of the Community successfully reported data against similar requirements and if so would you mind sharing your solution, ideally pausing the report execution to request the Land Name from which to pull fields for inclusion in the report?? Thanks, Greg

External Document HyperLink in Salesforce rather than storing document in Salesforce

Rather than physically storing a document in Salesforce (DDP Generated) is it possible to create a Hyperlink in Salesforce (Opportunity, Account and/or Contact Documents) to documents held on a local server. Thanks, Greg

Letter to Contact showing on Opportunity related Contact Roles list

We have successfully created letters to any Contact showing against an Opportunity Contact Roles related list. These Contacts may also be contacts of Accounts that are not related to the specific Opportunity from with the DDP runs. However, this is true for Business Contacts only. When running the DDP for an Opportunity where the Account is a Person Account, the letter will be created for that Person only, even though all Opportunity Related Contact Roles are showing on the DDP Contact selection list. Has anyone encountered the same problem or aware of how this could be resolved. Thanks, Greg

Copy type of "Group"

Can you provide an example of a use case for a relationship with a copy type of "Group?" I'm not sure how to correctly configure a relationship that uses this copy type. If it helps, this is my use case: The opportunity is my starting object. I want to display a table of the Opportunity Products, grouped by Product Family.

Conditional text calculation for Office 365

Hi all, with the Salesforce DocGen action, formulas can be used as per this help article.  The article leverages MS Word, quick parts and formula builders to generate conditional text. Is the same thing possible using the Drawloop action in Nintex for o365?  I've tried but the field codes don't seem to be recognised. I've tried writing a formula just to display the contents of the variable as a basic test and that fails.  My conditional statement (IF formula) also fails - always evaluating to false.  By way of example, here's my IF statement: =IF <<varQty>> > 5 "This is a large quantity" "This is a small quantity" Cheers,Chris

What type of relationship should I use for a lookup field that looks up to another record on the same object?

I need to include fields in a DDP from a record that is related to the DDP object via a lookup field.  The DDP object and the lookup object are the same.So if the DDP object was record__c and the lookup field was partner__c that looks up to record__c as well, I'm trying to get the fields from partner__r.record__c.Thanks.

Drawloop - Blank Mergefield Test

I am looking to check a salesforce field in a MS-Word doc to suppress a blank contact mailing address field,IF «CONTACT_MAILINGXYZ» <> "" «CONTACT_MAILINGXYZ» ""doesn't seem to cut it....What am I missing?Sorry still a newbie to drawloop.

Conditionally controlling Tables to be included in output

Based on the DrawLOOP docs and this question I've managed to get some simple conditional formatting applied to my output document (Word doc).  I'd like to go another step.  Is it possible to create dynamic tables based on conditionals?  For instance I have two Project types: A and B.  Can I use DrawLOOP to pull info from certain fields and display it one type of table if current project is type A but create a different looking table (with different content pulled from SFDC) if project is of type B?  I'm fairly new to DrawLOOP but the way I understand the condition formatting applied in the link above, this process is happening in Word.  To continue this way would require creating both tables in the output doc and rely on Word to display one or the other.  Can an entire table be wrapped in this kind of conditional?  Seems to me this should be handled at the document creation step- only create the table of interest based on info from SalesForce. So two questions, do I understand the proc

The pause to edit feature is not enabled for your account

Hi,I am getting the below error and not able to find solution to enable this feature.Referred release notes: I created a custom setting for Loop settings- it didn't work.Can anyone please help me to enable pause to edit feature?Any kind of help would be appreciated. Thanks,Vidya
