DocGen for Salesforce

I'd like to generate a document from a Soql query, and I found some promising documentation but I do not have the options v11.2.7.  Am I Doing It Wrong, or just need to upgrade my DrawLoop version?Obtaining Data Through a Junction Object Using SOQL - Nintex Knowledge Base 

In Lightning, when 'Generate Documents' button is clicked on a record, an error message appears indicating there are no DDPs. However, the button works in Classic, and did work the week of 7/17, when it was last tested. Please advise - screen shot below.

When I generate an agreement to send to adobe sign, my middleware file is merged with the agreement template.  How do I exclude the middleware file and only send the agreement for signature?

3 questions (I just inherited an previously establish org)1) Can a document be used in multiple DDPs or does a copy need to be created for each DDP?2) When migrating DDPs and I have the same document associated with multiple DDPs in the destination org does it create copies of that doc?3) I currently have multiple copies of the same doc 1 for each DDP: I am desiring to clean that up if I can associate the same doc to multiple DDPs.Sorry as I have a feeling these questions might be basic but my exposure to Drawloop is novice at this point & the person who used to manage these is no longer here.Thanks,Mike

Hi everyone! I have an interesting scenario with hopefully a good solution available. I'd like your help, please!  I have several tables and rows where in a DDP that I'm using to put data into word. I have no problems repeating the table and rows inside the table where necessary. The wrinkle came when I was asked for a summary of an amount field. I wrote a custom SOQL query using the SUM function and tested in dev console--it works great. However, when I try to use it in Drawloop--I can't figure out how-to make Drawloop treat it like a row within my table. Is there a special way I need to write the query perhaps? I'm seeking the expertise of the community!

What goes in this prompt? I have spent an hour reviewing DL documentation, logged a case, spoke with a DL rep and can't find/get the answer.  It appears to be a one-time setup. Any help is so greatly appreciated!jt

I cannot find documentation on the syntax for custom url button parameters.  Specifically, I'm searching for advanced parameters, like code to enforce including all attachments in the PDF generated.

The document can be select and almost completes generation, then this message appears.  What does it mean?

Hello! I am going to try and explain this the best that I can. I have a client that wants to replicate child records, but not replicate a record if it shares the same address. Example:  Child related list (Customer__c) has 4 records. 2 of the 4 records share the same company name and address. Tags on the form are as follows:<<Company_Name>><<Company_Address>> If I add a Table Replication tag in front of Company Name tag, all 4 records will repeat including the records that share an address. The requirement is to list each company with name and address, but records that share the same company name and address need to show up only one time. Example of incorrect format: Company A1111 StreetAnywhere, US Company B2222 RoadWhatever, PA Company C333 AvenueHuh, WA Company C333 AvenueHuh, WA Example of correct format:Company A1111 StreetAnywhere, US Company B2222 RoadWhatever, PA Company C333 AvenueHuh, WA Any ideas on how to accomplish this? Hello, I wonder if anyone can advise on this please? We use Drawloop Document Generation Standard Edition. We have a Drawloop button on the opportunity and all works very well when generating a single document for that opportunity record. So currently when we have a Trustee meeting we have to go into each opportunity at the stage 'Ready for Trustee Meeting', create the document, save, onto the next one etc and then manually 'merge' the documents created from each opportunity. In the future, ideally,  we would like to be able to do is press one button and that creates a single document from all the opportunities at the stage 'Ready for Trustee Meeting'.  Is this possible and how is this achieved Where would the button be? Would we have to upgrade to the Business Edition? Many thanks for your help, Rob 

We have a user in China that has access and can generate DDP documents but they do not download for her to open. What application is required to download and open - specifically for PPT docs? Thanks

When running a Mass DDP from a List View, is it possible to customize the contact selection?  As an example, is there a parameter in the button that can be added to indicate the contact should be a specific contact role from the Opportunity?  Or perhaps the Primary contact role from the Opportunity?

In creating a form field, we need to display drop down list values that include list values with commas. An example of these drop down list values looks like:A and B A, B, and C A, B, and DCommas separate the display and passed value, but we want the end user to be able to view the display as it will be on the document. If there is not a workaround to this, why is this DDP functionality?

I'm using Drawloop DDPs with Salesforce to pull information from our CRM into PDF forms.  When social security numbers have leading zeroes, they are dropped on the form.  So if a social security number is 012345678, it shows up on the form as 12345678.  What's the best way to address this?  Keep in mind our CRM has thousands of individuals, so changing the formatting of social security numbers isn't feasible.  And the idea of the DDP is to make it simpler to fill out the forms, so double-checking the social security number each time defeats the purpose.Jason Siebert‌ salesforce drawloop‌ ddp‌

We are trying to merge fields from an external object in SFDC into a document using drawloop. Is this something that is supported? And if so, is there documentation for this somewhere? I'm running into some issues when i try to POC it.

I am trying to add Product Line Item Schedules into a table and need to include Product Code, Quanity, Revenue and Date for each line item (below). is there a way to do this from an Opportunity object? 

Hi Team, We are facing problems while generating DrawLoop document where custom object records are grouped by custom field. We have requirement where we need to show records of a custom object which are grouped by a custom field and we need to filter records using 13 different criteria. We cannot achieve this using DDP configuration since we can have at max 5 filters using 'Unrelated Data' relationship type. If we use DDP config approach and add just 5 filters, we are successfully able to group data using custom field and generate DrawLoop document. But as per the requirements, we need to apply 13 different criteria to filter data, we will have to use apex classes approach. But the problem is, we are not able to group data using custom fields when we generate DrawLoop documents with Apex Classes as data source. The DDP run wizard throws error. Now, if we use standard field to group data, everything works as expected. We are not sure if we are missing anything in code or in DDP configur

I continue to see a generic red 'Error' with no message at the 'Authorize Nintex Drawloop' step in the Salesforce Setup Wizard. I'm using Drawloop for the first time. Is there a way to get around this or am I missing something?

Hi everyone, I'm a Drawloop newbie. I posted a question in this forum yesterday, and got a very nice response - thank you for that. Now that I wanted to try and test the response I'm faced with 2 new issues in my sandbox. My application worked just fine yesterday, but today is a different story. When I click the Drawloop Admin tab I keep getting a blank page which keeps loading. This has been happening for the past hour:  ...and at the bottom of the white page area there is a text bit which shows up after about 5 seconds of loading: This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. Error in $A.getCallback() [Cannot read property 'setParams' of null] Callback failed: apex://Loop.loopTools/ACTION$fetchServices Failing descriptor: {markup://Loop:DdpAdmin} I can load the "Drawloop Document Packages", "Documents" and "Drawloop Document Queue" tabs. It's only the admin tab which isn't working. When I try to generate a document I also get an error:I therefore suspect a general issue

Is it possible to generate a quote with a group relationship within a group relationship AND make the second group dependent on the first group? I am able to generate a document with the mentioned grouping, but the second group is never dependent on the first group. If I add a filter in the second group saying that the group name should be the same as the first group, it only filters the first group and duplicates it for all the other groups.
