DocGen for Salesforce

Hello,I am generating a document and 1 page will be generated for each record and showing it in table format using table iteration of Draw loop. Document is getting generated with all records and details except image. I want to add a static image on each page. When I add image in table iteration, its giving me error while generating document. I tried adding image from content document. In this case image is getting added only on first page and not others. Can anyone please advice how can we add static image in table iteration of draw loop from Salesforce.Thanks,Muzammi

This is so I can run some tests to see if the app is fit for our purpose.Can you please let me know how to connect to a Salesforce Playground, as opposed to our live Salesforce instance? Hello,We're trying to run a SOQL query to collect grandchild records for Excel row replication.Our objects are Account > Opportunities > Opportunity Products (Opportunity Line Items)In this case, we want to collect all Opportunity Products (Opportunity Line Items) from all Opportunities for a given Account, and using Row replication extract the data into an Excel file.We are trying this SOQL query:SELECT Product2Id FROM OpportunityLineItem WHERE OpportunityId in (select ID from Opportunity where AccountId ='<<Account_Id>>')If we replace the <<Account_Id>> with a specific Account (URL) id then the above works in the developer console as desired. However, we would like to use a dynamic Account Id approach where we are running the DDP from an Account record as a starting point.Other parameters we are using:[Starting Object: Account][Repeat By: Row]Any help is much appreciated!

Hi!!!!I have a Document in that i need to add the Single JotBlock at multiple places. Hi,   I want to install Drawloop into sandbox environment. Installing steps show to choose the environment prod/sandbox while installing the package. However, when I try to Install from app exchange, there is no option to select the sandbox option. I have tried to update the URL, but it is showing an error (file attached). Is there any point I am missing? Please provide a solution if available.

We got the requirement from client that "Once the Signer clicks the Decline Signature option while signing, I need to update the salesforce record as Declined." Could you share the how can we achieve it in Nintex workflow.Note: We are using Nintex Docgen to generate Document and using the NWC for capturing the signature , attached the signed document into salesforce records and update the salesforce record.  

I see that the documentation for table replication in drawloop only mentions Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.Would something like this screenshot be possible to create dynamically using Drawloop?I would like one table for each parent record, and the rows of that table to be child record data.I believe I would be able to do this successfully in Word, but haven't been able to in Excel.

Hi  i am running a package that downloads an excel document at the end. In the excel doc i am using the this formula =INDEX(SORT(FILTER(Table1,(Table1[Product name]=Sheet1!B2)*(Table1[QTY]<=Sheet1!C2),0),2,-1),1,3)   When i open the File the formula is returning #Name? in the file. When i click enable edit the correct value shows.   Does anybody know why i am getting this value? I have tried disabling Protected View but the same issues still occurs.   Thanks  Stephen  

Hi,We export data to excel and everything works great.Then user has to open file and save it as CSV file (with ";")I cannot find out how to help users and cancel this additional step.Is it possible to prepare csv template (but i cannot find any example of it and I do not know how to use field in csv temlate) or maybe a could reconfigure something in docgen package? How to prepare csv output file ?

From a record (could be any object e.g. Opportunity or any custom object), we need to able to generate the document, without having to select the document template. We will call this functionality from our VF page).

Dear support team, can we please please please have a blog post on the help site of the top 20 most common errors that just display a guid on the Drawloop Component when sending to AssureSign.  So far I've hadJotblock spelled wrong Jotblock found twice in the document Jotblock not found in the document Document not refreshed or something (each time I change anything I go through about 10 steps to ensure that everything for the AssureSign connection is rebuilt as it's just so fragile).  OAuth error (no idea how to even start to fix that one - I've changed every one of the 4 different login places and it still errors).  Plus I've seen many requests on this forum where it unhelpfully says contact Support. If you just give me 10 things to try in the 16 hours that I'm waiting for support to respond (waiting for US support), then that would be helpful, and will cut down on these unnecessary support cases.  

Hi, I am looking to add Product Costs to qoute line items after the user has selected the Products he wants to add to his qoute. I am looking to use the insert-update function and excel as middleware function in order to do this. I know how to do it when its a single record to update but not sure when i am trying to update multiple line items.Any suggestions? 

My Problem is While Selecting Account, I'm unable to select Multiple Contacts for that Associated Account. Please Help me. 

I am mass running some DDPs from an accounts drop down list and have set the insert-update to attach the output file to a chatter post.  I can add the account owner name to the chatter post but I want to @mention them so they get a notification.  I'm sure this must be possible but I can't seem to work out how. Please help

Hi Community, Is anyone else using Drawloop and sending to AssureSign... how are you going with it? I'm having all sorts of difficulty and am having to contact support just about every day, and we are not live yet. I still have so many questions I haven't asked support yet. So I feel we are still a long way from going live. I've had to build in so many (very cool) work-arounds for the basic stuff that doesn't work now that they have removed the AssureSign lightning app. I would love to chat with any other Salesforce Admins who are setting up Drawloop with AssureSign and see if we can work it all out together. Trailblazer ID, and Twitter is JodieM.

Does anyone know how to remove these black lines or how they are supposed to be used? It does not allow me to sort documents found after the black line, even if I move the black line. 

Hello all. I'm a Salesforce developer, and I'm using Nintex DocGen for Salesforce for the first time. I've tried to read the documentation, but I'm so far unable to find the answer to my question. I'm trying to create an invoice document based on an Opportunity record with Opportunity Products. I'm able to create a merge template which works with all of my standard and custom Opportunity and Opportunity Products fields. However, so far I'm only able to get one Opportunity Product record into my merged document.   Here are the tags I'm using in more readable terms:         <<Opportunity_LineItem_Start>>Product: <<Opport

I updated DocGen from 17.4 to the latest release 18.1 and since that time my DocGen packages all are coming up with a "Recipient not found" error. This is a bizarre happening because the Contact ID is being passed by the button. Once processing is finished the proper Contact Name & Email are pre-populated in the "To:" field but it seems to be passing too much information, causing this NOT FOUND error. Interestingly if you manually remove the email address and the parenthesis around it, then you can send the DocGen package without any problems. I'm thinking it has to an issue with the button(s) but I am at a loss. Nintex support has never seen a problem such as this so I'd love to get some more eyes on this issue. Adding an extra step isn't ideal and we'd like to get it back to it's previous functionality. Any ideas? - Very Stressed Admin 

Currently when created a recipient with the order of 11 our documents are getting two signing tags populated. It seems that both signing tag dl.signhere1 and dl.signhere11 are both populated as if drawloop is reading the 1 on both tags and populating. Has anyone else had this issue, or know of a setting or solution for this?   Thanks!

Hello, all. I'm having a problem that I can't seem to get around and need a little guidance from the community. I'm using replicating tables to try to get the output looking the way the client needs.  Ultimately, they would like it to look like the first image, but it ends up looking like the second due to a blank line that gets inserted after each table.  My data is coming from a SOQL query that contains an inner query.  My template design has an outer table that will serve as the container (and will draw the box) and an inner table that will hold the repeating table/rows and will draw the line down the center (see the third image). Is there a way to suppress the blank line at the end of each table? If not, could anyone suggest another way of tackling this layout?

Good day, all.  We have a user case where the client would like the user to select a name from a picklist at runtime and have that name and address be used for generating the document.   The picklist values would come from a custom object related to our starting object.  The custom object has multiple roles and record types, so we would want to filter the list so only certain names appear in the list.   Is something like this possible with Nintex DocGen?  If so, could you point me to where I could learn more?

We're saving our files to Salesforce Content Libraries, but there's an added requirement where we need to update the Category and Type fields on the ContentVersion object for each document produced. We're trying to use Insert-Update in Nintex DocGen to update those fields, but when we run the doc gen, it does nothing.  We have it set up like the attached.Since the record would have already been created when the document was created, we're selecting Updating Existing Record and letting Nintex move the Content Version ID to the Field-Value Pairs.Are we doing something wrong?  Can this be done through DocGen?
