DocGen for Salesforce

HiI am using DocuSign delivery option for nintex generated document for salesforce. I want to use DocuSign envelope template  that I have already created in DocuSign apps launcher for delivery. That template has record field update options according to envelope status. When I provide that template id error coming in nintex.

I have an automated Nintex package that uses Email Delivery option to email a spreadsheet to an email address field from the Account. This automation includes the end user’s email address that is triggering the automation in the To field. The email is coming from a Org Wide Email Address and the sender’s email should not be visible to the recipient. Is it possible to remove the end user’s email address?

Custom object “Pre-Job QC” with look-up relationship fields to custom object “Equipment” I need to access this file here on the Equipment: This Pre-Job QC record has a look-up relationship field to the above Equipment record:I go to run the “Select DocGen Package” and that Equipment’s file isn’t an option (nor are the other Equipment files also attached by a look-up). The below files are what’s directly in the Pre-Job QC record’s Files: 

Created list view button in lightning to create and send multiple docgen documents. It originally worked, but the past few times it has failed to load. Unsure what has happened.

Is there a way to set a field tag to all lowercase letters? I know there’s a way with cross referencing, but I’m only seeing lowercase → uppercase and not vice versa. Example: { SET “Link” “<<Opportunity_Name>>” } { REF Link * Upper }I tried changing Upper to Lower with no success.Is there way to set a field tag from uppercase to lowercase? Hi, I am using Nintex for salesforce. Is it possible to download multiple files as a zip file and save as attachment in apex using Nintex ?

“Be sure to upload a CSV/Excel file as an attachment to your record in Salesforce.” The documentation states “attachment” - does this mean that [Files] is not possible. We no longer use [Notes & Attachments] but now use [Notes]; [Files]. When I upload my xlsx to the record [Files] I get an error. The selected import file could not be found (Import). (ResourceInvalid) Include this Error Id if you contact Nintex Support: 9d132cc9-7e84-4024-80f5-60c96f0e8bb6.

I have found the issue when we genreate the PDF in salesforce the numberning is changing from A,B,C to 1,2,3 .Please help me resolve this issue .

Hi All, I am trying to figure out how to accomplish my task. I have created a flow when starts at a custom object and has child objects.I have basically made the screen flow to go through the main object , receive updates, have them check child objects. I am able to present the preview of the docgen package, but the package is showing all records.  I starting from the parent. I want to select child records and pass those records to the docgen package. Currently I only see where you can select the 1 record but in the apex action you can send either the record ID or record IDS , if you include both you get an error. I do have record id, contact id, records ids to feed to the doc gen package but do not know how to specify those to the package.My goal is to produce a pdf that will be emailed to the contact id. where I can filter the table below with selected rows. Also the total amount is off… Is the only way to do this is by excel or can I use word to sum the total price column. 

HiI export a Salesforce report into excel and i am trying to Group the data by one column in order to dynamically create a chart in my final word Document.Each Product may have more than 1 pack size. So when the report gets exported the three is three records with sales of each pack size.I only want to see the sum total of the three ?Any ideas how i can achieve this?Stephen

Hi All,    I am pretty new to DocGen and have now created a few packages.  I have added the lightening component to our Case page layout and was wondering is there a way once i have pressed the select document package button it can filter the record to the current case then the contact based on the case contact. I have been reading and i believe you can pass these with a classic button but was wondering if it can be done with the component.    Thanks

Hi Team,I have a Docgen package which creates a excel files and sends to multiple users. However, I’m not receiving the mails on ‘CC’ user. This field has been set as the one of the user email field present in the salesforce object and mentioned in the format like ‘<<Opportunity_User_Email>>’. Please can anyone help me to find out the root cause for this?Thanks.

I have a DocGen package that includes ApexData for a parent object and a child. I would like to add a grandchild, and have added the code, but there is no option to add a child under the child objects. Is this possible? I did not see anything in the documentation suggesting this was limited to two levels. 

Generation an event tags document generation, where I want 2 event tags on same row.I am repeating child object by Section.On document generation its not creating 2 section next to each other.How can in use Repeat By Section for 2 column in a row? 

I have Group data in tables and wanted to calculate Total for each group, but result is only doing calculation of 1st group and replication the same value for other groups. See example below.How can I get Total for each group?

Is there a way to create standalone relationships for docgen packages with dataloader or code? I have a couple hundred docgen packages that I needed to create a standalone relationship for and was wondering if there was a way to do other than manually?

Business use case: send a thank you letter to some of the contacts who contributed to the opportunity. Data setup:Each of the contacts I want to send a letter to are associated to the opportunity via a contact role Only send to contacts who have a role of “Soft Credit”Ideal user flow:From an opportunity list view, select multiple opportunities, click a button that invokes the mass button code. User is taken to the Generate Documents screen where they select a DocGen Package to run > Click Run to generate documents.  When setting up a new DocGen Package, I am not able to select Opportunity Contact Role as a starting object. See screenshot.Is there another way to configure Nintex DocGen to generate individual letters for discrete opportunity contact role contacts?I’m open to other business user flows, but Salesforce doesn’t have a list view for OCRs (understandably) and I don’t know if I could configure a button from the related list.   

Is there a way to minimize spacing between groups in word? I have group type on quote line items, grouped by name because this seems to be the only way to avoid duplicate quote line items name on the document. In DocGen, I have set my main/starting object as a custom object 'LMS'. It has a lookup relationship to an 'Opportunity' record, which I have set up a relationship for. However, I also want to pull in fields from other 'Property' and 'Contact' objects which have a lookup relationship with the related opportunity. Although my document was successfully generated and I used standard Contact and Property field tags are generated in the field tagger, it did not pull in data from my related 'Property' and 'Contact' records. How do I pull fields from these indirectly related records?

Hi there,   I have a template in word and the final document being generated is also word. There are text fields with hyperlinks on them, however, on the generated report, the links appear not to be active and are not clickable. Could you please let me know what might be the issue?   Regards, S.Aj
