Integrated Security true without Credentials throwing error

In Nintex 2013, we are trying to connect to a database via execute sql action. Even if the Integrated security is selsected as true in the connection string, It errors out sayin username and password not found. Is there a way such that i need not provide the credentials explicitly and it works (as it used to be in Nintex 2007)? Also when integrated security is selected as false in the connection string, the error is "login failed on the server". Which credential is it using in this case?

Re: Integrated Security true without Credentials throwing error

Connection string:
Data Source=*****; Initial Catalog=*****; Integrated Security=SSPI;
Result:
"Authentication failed because no username or password was provided."

This doesn't sounds logical to me. It works fine if SQL user+pw is specified though...
