is there any recomindations on how to put works picture on the form, I’ve tried ondrive and sometimes work and sometimes not worked,
before I was using google drive but now it’s not work.

There are multiple options, if the images are a non sensitive nature and non commercial, images like stock photos or the kind of thing you got from the internet then hosting on a site like https://imgur.com/ might be an option.
If the images are commercial or sensitive in nature, most businesses will have a public facing website that can host images, most of the time marketing teams or the team responsible for the public website within a company will have access to this, It is best to reach out to them to request if they can allow you to store images as you need.
