We just installed Nintex and hawkeye on 2013 server, just 2 days ago. The Hawkeye installation went well, all actions were in there and we enabled all actions from central admin.
Just checking today, I found that all Hawkeye actions are no longer in central admin, Manage allowed actions section on the whole farm. what could possibly cause those actions to be no longer available in the farm?

Oh, sorry never mind...
I deactivated the feature for the web application and reactivated it. Then that showed the actions back again.
That solved it, but if someone can tell why this can possibly suddenly fail, that would be great.
