I have a workflow that includes a Execute SQL action. If I run this workflow manually or start it from another workflow the workflow runs without issue. It will also run without issue if I manually start a site workflow that includes a web service call to start the workflow on a list item.
If this same workflow is changed to start conditionally or I the schedule the site workflow (instead of manually starting) the workflow errors with the following:
Error performing database operation. System.Data.OracleClient requires Oracle client software version 8.1.7 or greater.
The only difference would be the account that initiated the workflow, mine vs "system account". Right? In both cases I have the entire workflow in an action set and the option to run as workflow owner selected.
If the logs we are seeing Access is denied errors at the time the workflow is trigger.
Any input as to what would be causing the error? What would I have access to that a the SharePoint system account does not?
