Nintex Form error

Unable to edit List Form using Nintex 2013 getting error "An error occurred during an Ajax call" please help me. 

I tried with possible solutions but no luck.

Is this still an issue? I found that this usually relates to a lack of sufficient memory on the server according to Microsoft's specs, or a permission issue for the user.
