Include attachments as appendices in Document Generation

Does anyone know of a way of doing this in either On-Prem or O365?

I've not been able to find anything and have raised a uservoice suggestion just in case, but has anyone done this?

Ideally there would just be a check box on the action that asks the user if they'd like to include Attachments as Appendices for the document (or similar). Then the action executes the document is generated from the list item data and the template, and items attachments (if they exist) are tagged on to the end of the attachment with a simple header and footer marking each attachment as an appendices entry.
