You can set a variable to be used on your Task action and calculate it on a "Calculate Date" action.

And to add a little clarity, when using the Calculate Date action check "Use date when action is executed" and enter 10 into the value by Days. It should be obvious, but just in case

And to add even more clarity, these are all the steps that you need to follow:

  1. Add a "calculate date" action.
  2. Open the "calculate date" action configurations.
  3. Create a new "variable" with Date Type and Default Date "blank".
  4. Go back to "Action" within the configuration settings for the action.
  5. On the "Date" field, select "Use date when action is executed".
  6. If you want to add 10 days to the date, enter "10" into the "Days" field.
  7. Store Date in your newly created "variable".
  8. Add a "Set Field Value" action to the workflow.
  9. Set "Your Due Date" Equals "Workflow Data" and select your newly created variable that stores the calculated date.

This should work.
