Adding and formatting rich text content to New Item Value field

I have a list workflow that has a "Create Item" action that creates a discussion in SP13. The issue is that I cannot create rich data for the body including the fields from the worflow. Is there a way to add html or something to get the rich content in there and formatted so it is not all on top of eachother?

You can use build string and store the output into multiple line of text valiable and use the same to create item action.
