Using Create List Item

I don't clearly understand how we use the Create List Item. I am stuck in the fields where Output as GUID and Output as ID need to be input. Need help experts.Nintex For Office 365

Hello Terence,

this fields are only needed if you want to update some columns, on the list item you've just created.

Then you can use the Workflow variable which stored the item id, in the "Update List Item" Action
