Display separate list in form?

Jump to solution

Let's say I have a bunch of separate lists named Shirts, Pants, or Shoes. I want my user to be able to select one of those three, and then the form will display all the items in that list, and then from there the user would choose what items he/she wants.

Hi Austin,

I'd recommend you have three lookup controls that are configured to point to those three lists.

Then add a choice field that have three piece of text - Shirts, Pants and Shoes.

Now, you'd have 3 rules.  Depending on what you select in the choice field, the rules will hide/show the List Lookups.

cheers,

Vadim

Hi my form is almost similar; however...i want my list to be linked to display results into my current form by ID number. Hope this makes sense.

example:

List view results:

Jane Doe    ID 12345  store #1 date 1/1/19

Jane Doe    ID 12345  store #2 date 1/2/19

Jane Doe    ID 12345  store #3 date 1/3/19

Form displays

Name Jane Doe

ID 12345......store #1 date 1/1/19

               .....store # 2 date 1/2/19

               .....store #3 date 1/3/19
