Issue

The issue occurs during runtime when an end user uses the 'Create Library' wizard via HTML5 Designer, and the library is created against a subsite in which the root is under the 'Sites' managed path. This causes the ManageSharePointListSmartObject method to display an error with 'Error retrieving Service Instance' which in turn puts the process instance in a error state.

Symptoms

"'Error retrieving Service Instance" displayed during runtime when above criteria is met.

Resolution

This issue is resolved by adding Fix Pack 25.
