Nintex Promapp Password reset failed

Issue

Nintex Promapp Password reset failure email is sent with the following error:
 
Password Reset Failed
 
Hi
 
We were unable to reset your password as we found multiple accounts with this email address in Nintex Promapp. Please contact your Promaster to ensure that your account is configured correctly.

Email Address: user@nintex.com
The request to reset their password originated at this IP: 10.xx.x.xxx

Resolution

Edit the users and ensure that each user has a unique email address:
  1. As a Promaster navigate to Admin > Users
  2. Export the users list to csv
  3. Identify the users with the same email addresses and update the email addresses in the csv file
  4. Go to Admin > users > Cog wheel menu and select Import 
  5. Import the spreadsheet you have updated
This will update all the users email addresses
