Issue

An error is shown when trying to execute any method with a new instance of AssureSign.

For example, Method GetTemplates

 In host server logs:

Resolution

On you K2 server, connected with the K2 service account, verify if you have access to https://account.assuresign.net with Internet explorer. If you don't have access, add https://*.assuresign.net to the list of trusted sites:

Additional Information

You will not face issues with the SmartObject "Environment", method "Get User Environments".
