On several occasions marketing text from Nintex has been inserted into e-mail actions in workflows. The latest is the following:

New SharePoint Online and Nintex Workflow Cloud integration We have released the new Integrations feature allowing you to integrate SharePoint Online to Nintex Workflow Cloud. Create an integration to start building your workflows on Nintex's next-generation automation platform. Integration provides a seamless experience, allowing you to use both Nintex for Office 365 Classic and Nintex Workflow Cloud to design your workflows. To create an integration navigate to the Integrations page in the Settings menu in Nintex Workflow Cloud. See the Integrations help topic for more information.

It gets inserted with the class "k-paste-container" that hides it in the e-mail editor. You can only see it if you open the html code editor.

We reported this to our sales rep and his solution is that we need to go in and just delete the code. Has anyone else experienced this in their workflows and what do you think of this practice?

Hi David, I suggest pushing this through to support as well, who can raise it with the product teams. I can assure you the marketing team would not want this hidden in the product. Thanks for finding and raising this. 🙂
