How to manage Risk access for users by portfolio for the following types of users:
  • Risk Managers - Views and edits risks within the portfolio and receives escalation notifications when a risk Sign-off is not signed off by the due date or is flagged as Non-Compliant.
  • Risk Editors - Views and edits the Risk item details for the Portfolio
  • Risk Viewers - View Risk items for the Portfolio but they cannot make any changes to the items

 

Instructions

To assign a user to a Role for a Risk Portfolio:
  1. Navigate to Admin > Risks
  2. Select the edit pencil for the portfolio you want to edit the access for
  3. Select the stakeholder type (Viewer, Editor, or Manager) from the drop-down list
  4. Select the user you wish to grant access to from the User autocomplete box and then select the '+' symbol OR select a Role you wish to assign access to and select the 'Add' button.
  5. Select the 'Save' icon to save the changes
