Is there a way to use the Print PDF function on Nintex forms to save a copy to a library upon creation of list item?

I have a Nintex form that I want to save as a PDF but to automatically do it upon completion of form and instead of it downloading to computer but being populated into a document library?  Basically automating the Print to PDF function of the form and re-directing the location of the saved document.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

Hello @helmric01

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to automate the clicking of the Print to PDF button on the form.

As an alternative, you can use the Doc Gen action in the workflow that can be kicked off when a new item is created and it generates a PDF with the content of the form and stores that in a document library. This approach is far easier in the long run, does not require any custom code, and can aid in styling or designing the output to look however needed via Word, PPT, or Excel.
