Rule to not allow multiple dates

I am new to Nintex and having a big Learning Curve taking this over.   I have a Repeating Section and in this they Add a Date and some information, Is there a way to create a rule so they can not add two of the same date.  Example:  4/4/2019 & 4/4/2019.  If they do I can Disable the Submit Button.

    This is a good question. I tried a few different ways but could not figure out how to do that with a rule based on how the rules are applied. I'll think about this some more and let you know if I can come up with anything.
