Why doesn't my Nintex Form load from the top of the form in New or Edit mode?

Nintex Forms automatically puts the focus on the first interactive control.
Additional Information
An example would be a legal document with a lot of text where the first interactive control is located at the bottom of the form. This form will always load in New and Edit mode at the bottom (where the first interactive control is located).
As a workaround, put a button (of any kind) near the top of the form. The page would start there, instead of at the bottom.
