Can you be a bit more specific? You want to have a workflow create an item in a task list, then start a workflow on that item that lives on the task list?

    use Web Task call

    Website-URL/_vti_bin/nintexworkflow/workflow.asmx

    and use StartWorkflowOnListItem method
