New Mode Redirect

I have form in http://webapp1/sites1. There is a Nintex form in one of the list in this site. Now we have a new process developed in https://webapp2/sites2. I now want users to be re-directed from sites1 to sites2 when they try to open the Nintex form to create a new item in sites1.

Hi,

You could just edit your newForm.aspx on the list that just has a redirect to the new list.
