Multiple Forms - Single List

I have a "project request" form for my users to enter their basic request info. This particular form opens for adding new items to the list.  When I select one of those items can i have a second form that opens which then shows additional fields that I would enter my info into.  The requestor doesn't need to see all of the fields that I have to populate.  Thanks in advance if anyone can get me pointed in the direction because i'm stumped.

Re: Multiple Forms - Single List

Unlike InfoPath, you don't get additional 'views' in Nintex Forms. However, you can use Panel controls to group other controls, and then use Rules to show/hide those additional panels based on other conditions.

I've used Rules to hide Panels and other controls based on field values, current logged in user, and even form 'mode' (New, Edit, View modes).
