Hi I have a document library and I want to move the approved documents in to a different subsites document library. What is the best practice to do such thing in office 365?

Basic actions used are "Web Request" to get a reference to the files you want to copy and "Office 365 upload file" for creating the document in another library. I'm not working with O365 a lot so I cannot tell if this is "best practice", but it works

Thank you for replying. I surly will give it a try but for now I amm stuck in simple Copy document action when I am trying to copy from one library to another in the same site. It works fine until I use the condition.
I simply want the workflow to copy a file from A to B when the value is Yes.
PS: I also tried to add a Conditional Branch before the Copy Document action but it doesn't seem to work. Any advice?
"Web request" and "Office 365 upload file" get the job done.
Ps: It works for moving document between two Site Collections as well.
