Currently the DocuSign Send Document, Retrieve Envelope Status, and Download Document actions each seperately take 30 mins to complete on SP2016. Manually ran each of these timer jobs but have had no luck. All other actions are running normally, no issues. Anyone run into this before?
Can you turn on verbose logging to see what may be happening with these actions? I suspect it may have something to do with how it retrieves statuses from DocuSign to inform the workflow of an update.
