Hi, I am trying to create a simple approval workflow that would also update the status in my library (pending, approved declined - check my screenshot). The update item action works just fine, however notifications are not working, not for the send notification action nor for request approval. I tried several options to put in who to send notification, I've even put in the e-mail manually and it's still not sending any notifications.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

One thought I have is to log your emails to be sure they are being entered correctly. The workflow doesn't look complex so not sure why. Also, try ensuring your Email Server is actually receiving the messages from SharePoint/Nintex.
If you log the output and it logs correctly, you know the workflow is doing its job, but the notification isn't making it to the SMTP server to be sent out.
