I have built flows on NWC, and I have successfully integrated the Docgen feature with Docusign on both occasions. But since renewing our NWC license, the Docusign connection that was working perfectly stopped working, I keep getting error messages that free form signing is not allowed on my account whenever the task get to the point of getting a signature.

@Haywhy21 this looks to be an error coming from the DocuSign API. Looking at their support documentation this might be due to a change in Document Visibility: https://support.docusign.com/en/articles/Free-Form-Signing-Not-Allowed-When-Document-Visibility-is-O...
I would check that and make sure there wasn't also a change on the DocuSign end at around the same time.
If that doesn't fix the issue I would open a ticket with Nintex Support as they'll be able to look a little deeper into the logs.
