+5In NAC, is it possible to assign a task without sending out an email? I think the functionality to control a task email was available in On-Prem, and not available in O365. Looking at the NAC task configuration, I don’t see a way to disable the email, but I just wanted to double check .

Yes, it is possible. Just pass a null (blank) text variable into the task email body and the email won’t go out, but the task itself will still generate and be available for task assignees to action.

I recently posed that question to Nintex Support and they said it is not currently possible to suppress the email from a task in NAC. So the email always gets sent out on task assignment.
I have had users request it not be sent. I just instructed them to create a rule in Outlook and send all the emails to a folder.

Oh. Yeah. I forgot about that. We disable this 99.9% of the time anyways so was thinking about it. :)
