We have a question about the task assignement on K2 Five and release option.
We tried that if we select the option resolve group to individuals, a task assigned to a role is available for all users in the role. If a user opens the task other users can also open the task and it only disapears if one of them finishes the task.
We tried to deselect this option, in this case if a user opens the task, the task disappears from other users inbox. Then we tried to release the task but this is only available for user ho has opened the task.
Is there a way to force tasks to disapear from other users in a role if its open but to come back to their tasklist if it's released?
